We’re proud to share that two members of our team have been recognized in the 2026 edition of Super Lawyers:
- Jonathan Dichter, founder of DUIHeroes, has once again been named to Super Lawyers.
- Kaia Kopitnik, a skilled advocate and rising force in DUI defense, has been selected to Super Lawyers: Rising Stars.
These honors mean a great deal to us because they come from a process that looks deeply at what we value most: commitment, results, and reputation.
The Super Lawyers selection process includes peer nominations, independent research, and reviews by a panel of top-rated attorneys. Only about 5% of practicing lawyers in each state are named to Super Lawyers each year. The Rising Stars list uses the same process but is limited to attorneys under 40 or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Only 2.5% of eligible attorneys are selected.
