Karah began her journey with DUIHeroes years ago, and she has been an integral part of our firm’s inner workings ever since. She acts as a legal assistant/secretary at our firm that helps both our clients and our attorneys on a daily basis. Most people who call the firm speak to her first, so she is the voice of DUIHeroes for so many locals.
As someone passionate about helping others, she knew from the start that DUIHeroes would be an amazing place to learn and grow. She enjoys getting to know our clients and making a connection with them in their time of need. Client care is very important to Karah, so she strives to provide top-notch service, and ensures that everyone who enters the office is greeted with a smile. Her goal is to ensure every interaction is meaningful, and that the clients feel heard and respected when speaking with her. From a more technical standpoint, she is focused on guaranteeing that the calendars and client files are orderly and tidy, so there are never any avoidable delays or disruptions in a case.
Karah graduated from high school in Naples, Florida, and participated in a phlebotomy course after graduation. A few years later, she moved to Washington State with her two children, Matthew and Nicholas, before ever visiting the state; word of the weather and mountain ranges convinced her that it was where she belonged without having to be there first. Her boys keep her busy when she is not in the office. Together, they enjoy hiking, crafts, and exploring all that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer. Although Karah has lived in a few different states, she claims Washington State is the one that holds her heart.
