Tracy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but her heart found its home in Washington. After falling in love with the Pacific Northwest while attending Pilchuck Glass School, she moved to Seattle the day after she turned eighteen — and never looked back.
She brings over 20 years of experience in legal and administrative support, most recently as a Confidential Legal Assistant with the Marysville Prosecuting Attorney's Office and, before that, as a Court Clerk with the Marysville Municipal Court. That work gave her a deep familiarity with the court system, sharp attention to detail, and a steady, discreet hand with sensitive information — along with a genuine belief that people, given the right support, can do hard things.
That belief drives the other half of her life, too. Tracy owns a small personal training and run coaching business, where she works with clients helping them "train for their best lives through strength, endurance and sustainable habits" — a lifestyle and philosophy she carries into everything she does.
Outside of work, she's happiest outdoors — training for marathons, camping, hiking, or at a concert with the people she loves. She lives in Arlington with her husband and a small menagerie of pets, including koi in a pond she built herself. Both of her kids are grown and out in the world now — a stepdaughter carving her own path as an entrepreneur, and a daughter in college studying livestock management.
