Alexis Ramos

Legal Assistant

Alexis Ramos grew up in the greater Seattle area before moving to Montréal, where she attended Concordia University and earned her B.A. in French and Political Science. While living in Montréal, she learned to speak French as a conscious exercise in immersing herself in a new culture, which sparked a lifelong love of languages. Alexis believes language is a powerful tool that connects us and broadens our worldview, and she is currently learning Spanish to better assist DUI Heroes' Spanish-speaking clients.

After returning to Washington, Alexis completed her Advanced Paralegal Certificate at Edmonds Community College. She joined DUI Heroes in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and a genuine love for helping others. Alexis is dedicated to making life easier for both clients and attorneys, whether that means easing client stress during a challenging time or helping to ensure the firm’s daily operations run smoothly. She thrives on supporting others and finds fulfillment in knowing her work helps people feel cared for and understood.

For Alexis, being part of this supportive, passionate team is one of the most rewarding parts of her work. She feels inspired every day by her colleagues’ dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence, and she takes pride in contributing to a team that genuinely cares about making a difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, traveling, watching movies, and exploring new languages and cultures.
