Mandatory Impound Starts TOMORROW

As a Lynnwood DUI Attorney, it's part of my job to stay informed about all the relevant changes to DUI procedure.

And a big one is in store, starting tomorrow.

Beginning tomorrow, getting arrested for DUI means your car will be towed and impounded for minimum 12 hours.

The Lynnwood PI reports that 12 hour mandatory impounds under Hailey's Law begins tomorrow.

There are, of course, exceptions to this requirement - but if you find yourself being released from jail after being booked for a DUI - with no car - you owe it to yourself to call Lynnwood DUI Attorney Jonathan Dichter for a FREE CONSULTATION at 425-424-9401.
